...........some fuzzy, dingy blue animal in his arms.
"Star student! I'm the star student!" he yelled as he ran into my arms and hugged me. Upon closer inspection, the dingy blue thing is Sully, from Monsters, Inc. Apparently, each day a lucky student is chosen to take Sully home. Now, I'm not too sure why he received this honor. My investigation turned up little evidence. Kirby thinks he got it because he didn't have to go in the corner for time out, and because his card was green all day. Yet, when I asked him about it, he told me nobody in the class has had to go into time-out yet, and everybody had a green card. So, for whatever reason, Kirby is the Star Student and was sent home with Sully and only one instruction (according to Kirby): No little brothers or sisters can play with Sully because they'll "drool all over it". Hmmm, and it was so clean in the first place!
Let's just take a stab at counting all the things that could be stored in ol' Sully's furry little blue coat. I'm thinking, dust mites at best....lice at worst? Of course, there's probably a little drool too. I'm sure the teacher didn't pull that one out of nowhere!

Well, you can be consoled that he will only have to bring it home one time during the year, right? That is pretty gross when you think about it. Thanks.
