Our cousin, who is two years older than Kirby, spent the night last night, so I'm letting the boys watch cartoons this morning that they don't usually get to watch (Pokemon, Ben 10 Alien Force). Therefore, I'm seeing a lot of commercials I have never seen before. This leads me to pose the question: What sane parent would buy their child the Indiana Jones whip? Don't get me wrong - I love Indie, and it doesn't bother me that the whip is technically a "weapon". Let's just think of all the possibilities when a little boy is given a whip!
And while we're at it - what parent sends their 2nd grader to school in a T-shirt that says "If you think my attitude sucks, you should meet my mom!"? Okay - the answer is - the parent of one of my students. What are people thinking?

As for the t-shirt...Ummm...I have no idea what is going on there. Well, except this. Obviously her attitude does suck.
As for the Indie whip...Ummm...I'm laughing because I was trying to talk Griffin into being Indiana Jones for Halloween, although I didn't really consider the whip. I just knew he had all the basics of the costume and I wouldn't have to sew anything. THAT'S what I was thinking. However, he wanted to be a bat. Not Batman, no. Just a bat. Do you know they do not sell bat costumes?
