Halloween Fun (and other stuff)

You can tell that I'm feeling much better about my workload in school lately, because I'm actually posting on my blog. I started out the semester with 40 assignments, and I'm down to my last 12 (will finish one of them tonight, and one tomorrow night!). I realize now that there are a lot of things I haven't mentioned on this blog, for instance, the fact that Husband and I are headed to Hawaii in just 13 days. That's right - ALOHA! He won us an all-expense paid trip through work. We will be going with a bunch of other people from Sysco and staying at the Marriott Wailea on the southwest shore of Maui. Can't wait!

This evening, we carved pumpkins with the boys. We had a ball. The older they get, the more fun it is, and the more they get into it. Connor wasn't too sure about gutting the pumpkin, but we were happy with the results...

Kirby was very serious about "cleaning" his pumpkin.

Dang this blogspot! (it put these out of order)
Picking the perfect pumpkins.

Connor is not too keen on pumpkin guts.

The final product!

Jen -- you look great in the pumpkin patch picture! If you're wearing mom jeans, you can't tell.
